Blount Memorial Breast Center was a challenging project. It was a new tenant build-out of approximately 6,780 sq. ft. located on the fourth floor of the new Medical Office Building at Blount Memorial Hospital. The Breast Center was previously located on the the first floor of the hospital in a 2,781 sq. ft. space. This move resulted in a gain of 3,999 sq. ft. The new spacious suite has allowed the staff of Blount Memorial Breast Center to better serve the community with added treatment rooms and new state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.
