This is a 14,500 sq. ft., two-story dental complex. It contains two general dentistry practices and one oral and maxillofacial surgery practice with (one) 3,500 sq. ft. condo space still for sale. Each condo was custom designed and constructed to meet the client’s needs. The building features three stairways and an elevator for convenient access to any space. The building was framed using a combination of metal and wood and has a brick veneer. The beautiful white columns and trim accentuate the 14 ft. tall cupola and copper dome.
