This commercial development was built on a challenging site with little room for staging or maneuverability. Creative Structures, Inc., completed the two largest facilities (11,700 sq. ft. and 5,400 sq. ft.) for two build-to-suit tenants within 65 days. The quick delivery allowed our owner to take advantage of early tenant leasing while still in the building phase for the other facilities.
