Location: Creative Structures, Inc. has completed 200 O'Reilly stores in 12 states.
After completing the first store in Knoxville, O'Reilly asked us to consider assisting them in other markets. With a growth and expansion plan of over 300 stores a year, they needed us to be responsive, quality-driven, and fast, with some projects finishing under 50 days. We have worked under O'Reilly's corporate development team as well as completing stores for private developers wanting build-to-suit or ground lease projects. Creative Structures also had the honor to build O'Reilly's 1000th store in Chattanooga, TN.
